Return shipping is provided by BrightLivingBulbs.com in cases of defective items only. We only cover defective items for 30 days from the date of delivery. If there are any issues with the item after this time, please contact the product manufacturer for warranty service.

"Changed mind" and "misordered" return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Please carefully read the product description and ensure the item fits your needs before placing an order to avoid return shipping charges. If returning an item, please provide us with the carrier chosen and the tracking number at BrightLivingBulbs.com to ensure the refund is issued immediately upon us receiving the item.

As we ship items at noon CST, all cancellation requests must be sent to returns@1kms.com before that time, or the item will ship and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges after delivery.
